I remember when Gulf War II started and I was thinking how crazy it all was. Then one night when I watched grainy footage of tanks driving through the most barren wasteland I have ever seen, I thought to myself this war is really boring. I was hoping that once our well-armed troops made into Baghdad the pace might pick up, but I was wrong. Maybe its because I am expecting the embedded camera people to be making a fun action movie. I am expecting to turn on the news and see Black Hawk Down (although, I didn't really like that movie very much). I guess watching this war is too much like watching the Kansas-Marquette game.
